Positive: The apartment on a whole was clean and comfortable. We are from warm climate so found it a bit cold. Also as not from the UK figuring out the stove and washer were a bit of a challenge but the owners were very responsive to my messages. I loved how central we were and how close to the mall.
Negative: The heater in the en suite bathroom did not work and you could not control the volume on the tv and it was set to very loud.

Positive: This was arranged at very short notice, same day. The owner was there to meet and greet us, very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. It was very spacious, comfortable and centrally located with spectacular views over the city.
