Summary: Hotel stay was good. Parking was good. Hotel transport to and from airport was good. Front desk check in clerk was not friendly nor was she helpful.

Summary: Double bed room.... the two beds were two full beds. One of the mattresses was leaning. The bathroom is super small. When you open the bathroom door, it's about one inch from touching the toliet. The pool was cool but could use some cleaning. There were dead flies around a section of the pool. There is a restaurant downstairs that I did not go to. The refrigerator in the room was subpar. My yeti cooler was colder than the frig. Overall the hotel is nice & was clean & self parking is 16 dollars a day. The airport is directly across the road.

Summary: We frequently fly into and out of the New Orleans airport and always stay at the Hilton New Orleans Airport. The hotel is well maintained, nicely renovated and has a great restaurant. WE park at the long term economy parking garage across the street and take the complimentary hotel shuttle to the terminal. It all works flawlessly and if you book a few weeks in advance, the rates are very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Overall, a great experience.

Summary: When I checked in i was sent to a part of the hotel in the photo below. When I mentioned this reception I just received a blank stare as to stay what am I supposed to do with it. In the morning after a poor nights sleep , as you can imagine the noise for these machines, i asked reception about my included breakfast, I was told I had none. Luckily I had my Hotel.com receipt and had to prove i had a breakfast before give voucher for breakfast. Breakfast and the serving staff were lovely though.
