Summary: Ralph, Raquel and Irma are one of a kind! They are the perfect hosts!♥️ I booked their apartment for two weeks for my son and daughter in law. From the first day it felt like I was sending them to visit family. The kids can't stop talking about their trip and how wonderful and perfect their stay was. The apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable, and offered a perfect place to relax. Air conditioning is top notch, the interior decorating is beautiful and everything worked wonderfully. The location is absolutely ideal, no need for a rental car unless you want to visit the rain forest. ☺️ So, I wrote this little novel to simply say this..... Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here! And from Logan and Brianna "thank you for the trip we will remember for a lifetime"

Summary: We would recommend this to anyone looking to spend some time in Old San Juan! The central location allowed easy walking access to everywhere we wanted to go, including midday stops to drop off purchases, change of clothes, or just a rest. The full kitchen was a great bonus so we didn’t have to eat all of our meals out. The hosts were gracious and wonderful and kept great communication with us leading up to and throughout our stay. If you are fortunate enough to book this place, give the coqui our love!

Summary: My husband and I really enjoyed this space! The history, the location, the hosts! Everything was great! we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in old San Juan or a short cab ride away from Condado. The hosts communicated very well and answered all our questions, even when they didn’t pertain to the property. We would gladly stay again in the future!!

Summary: This place was located centrally to everything. It was in a great area and the owner provided insights of the surrounding areas. Super clean and very cute studio. Came with everything (dishes, soap, towels, etc.). This would definitely be a place to recommend to everyone! They will not disappoint!
