Positive: Location is 10 stars hands down. I appreciated having the washer and dryer onsite and it was located in the middle of all the happenings!
Negative: I wished it had been cleaner. There was still a ton of sand in the shower from the previously guests

Positive: Incredible location- dont be afraid of the neighboring bars. The apt was in the back and quiet. Tastefully decorated without clutter, a/c’s were amazing, comfy beds and pillows.
Negative: Guests need to bring their own beach towels, shower soap, and laundry detergent.

Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. It was in a building that was much larger than it looks from the outside. Even though the building was on a popular/busy avenue (down the street from La Factoria and other bars/restaurants), the apartment was in the rear of the building so there was no noise whatsoever from outside. The building also had a little interior courtyard, but the apartment had its own little 2-person outdoor sitting area too. More than enough space for us (three persons) for our two night stay. Didn't notice if there were items provided in the apt. like coffee/shampoo/etc. since we brought our own toiletries and went out for breakfast. Down the opposite end of the building hallway, there was also a small balcony from which you could look down onto the street - great if it's busy at night and you want to listen to the outdoor music and watch the street activity without leaving the building.
Negative: Not problems, just things to note: The owner sends you a combination code to use to open one of the many combination lock-boxes chained to the vestibule entry door that each contain a different apartment's physical keys inside of them. Also, the bedroom closet is a shared closet that is in the wall that separates the two bedrooms and it opens to both sides (if both rooms open their closet doors at same time, you can each see right into the other room). It wasn't a problem for us, but just something to be aware of.
Summary: Great stay at an affordable price in walking distance of pretty much everything in OSJ.

Positive: The location is fabulous and the apartment is so comfortable. This property exceeded our expectations. We were in the heart of OSJ. At night, the street was bustling and partying, but my group heard none of it from our bedrooms. We were comfy, happy, and relaxed in our rental!
Negative: We would have loved some more towels/linens. Specifically, a bath mat, extra towels, a dish cloth. A mat to avoid tracking sand and dirt inside would also be useful. There was also a large stain on the couch we noticed when we first got there. Otherwise, no complaints.
Summary: This apartment made our trip a breeze.

Positive: The spot in Old San Juan was perfect; the rooms and beds were comfy and it was all very clean! The five of us enjoyed the spaciousness and layout of the apartment. We loved the full-sized fridge. We also liked the pretty, cool tile and very effective air conditioning, plus the super attractive, newer-looking decor, appliances and furniture. It was great to be near both forts and also near restaurants and the shops below. Only downsides were no shampoo (but we had brought our own, luckily) and our daughter was kept awake for a while on the sofa/bed in the den from loud music nearby. The bedrooms were nice and quiet, though.
Negative: Just some noise from either another apt or the bar next door (it was a Friday night). It didn't affect the bedrooms - only the den. Also, no shampoo or soap in the shower (we had our own, fortunately). One more thing: there was a coffee maker, but no coffee (and we had forgotten ours), so in the morning we went over to Chocobar Cortes, which was amazing!
Summary: Ideal, clean, spacious and lovely apt in a great spot in Old San Juan - enjoyed by the whole family!
