Summary: The only nice thing about my stay is the one lady at the desk when I checked in was very nice other than that everyone else I dealt with was horrible and rude. The 1st room I had the refrigerator didn't work I lost almost$50 bucks worth of food and the girl at the desk just switched me rooms which was cool but I still lost money on food. When I was leaving the maid accused me of screwing a nail in the wall which I didn't do it was in the wall when I got put into that room it was already there the room was disgusting I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to move rooms again the room was filthy dirty the guy at the desk tried to say it was cleaned right before I went into it but it wasn't the maid also said some rude comments towards me and same with the jerk guy at the desk. I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER STAY WITH THIS MOTEL AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE 2 I HAD TO DEAL WITH AT THE END!!

Summary: It was kinda dirty the towels had like residue and dirt all over them, housekeeping doesn’t come like usual motels, there was roaches, and when I asked for a refund for the rest of my trip they had so much miscommunication and the manager was never on property which made it even harder.

Summary: The socket for the Tv. had shorted out and didn't work. Bottom drawer in the kitchen area was broke with front off.

Summary: I’m not very picky when it comes to hotel rooms and I very much get “you get what you pay for” but this was pushing the limits. The room reeked of smoke, there was no garbage can and the top comforter was filthy. I’m grateful there was at least soap and towel.

Summary: The overall stay was ok only thing I didn't like was the heater did not work in the room and the stove did not work I did not notify front desk as I was only there for a night but I had planned on cooking some food

Summary: Motel is badly outdated. The first room assigned to us had a bathroom light that wouldnt turn off, an A/C unit that wouldnt turn off, no wastebasket, no coffeemaker, dinged up furniture, and smelled like smoke. When we got another room, it was only slightly better. This one had bugs crawling around in it, cigarette burns in sink, filthy shower soap holder and bathroom counter (there was someone's hair in the toilet!), no coffee. In a low rent district of Phoenix with some pretty seedy clientele. We couldn't wait to leave. They really need to start over on this one!
