Summary: The room door did not shut correctly, it was misaligned. There was pink chipping, and we were in a modern room, and there were cockroaches in the lobby and the stairways. We also had one cockroach in the bathroom as well of our hotel room.

Summary: It was nice. Staff was friendly. The only issue we had is that we had a room upstairs with heavy luggage. Would have been nice to be on the ground floor because we are old. Lol

Summary: We had 103 and 122. 122 had working girls in it dealing drugs and soliciting all night long. You could hear the conversations and all the grunting and groaning. 103 was ok. Staff was perfect and darling.

Summary: The hotel had rotten wood outside the room and on the door. The exterior was had peeling paint that could be old lead paint on the wall next to the outdoor furniture. The bath tub had large rusted section on the exterior of the tub. The bench at the foot of the bed had a three inch hole in the seat. The window shutters haven’t been cleaned since Andrew Jackson defeated the British. Out side this room is a large storage of construction supplies.

Summary: Location is great! Still in the French Quarter but not where it’s too loud and you can get some peace and quiet. Air conditioner worked a little too well. It was freezing in the room, just a few adjustments and it was all good.

Summary: Staff was nice, but they were out of parking when we arrived right at check in time. The place itself had zero decor, uncovered outlets, a crooked floor, and very old and worn fixtures. Also, roaches. Definitely not the New Orleans charm we were hoping for.
