Positive: GREAT location. Spacious, clean place to stay. Good size beds. Good Air conditioning in the middle of August. We had issues with key return system however worked when system was restarted. Also called the number on the website with prompt assistance.
Negative: Penthouse is on the third floor/many stairs.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Would come back.

Positive: centrally located but tucked away enough that you weren’t disturbed once you were ready to turn in for the night.
Negative: no/limited parking due to the location. had to park a few blocks away at a pay and park.

Positive: Location is excellent if you’re planning to primarily stay in the French Quarter and the street noise didn’t come into the bedroom at all even though it’s right off Bourbon Street.
Negative: The soundproofing between the units isn’t great; the folks staying next door during our stay weren’t very noisy so it didn’t bother us but if you had parties next door you would definitely know it.

Positive: The location was the only thing we enjoyed.
Negative: The key box is difficult to open. The room had zero windows other than the front doors. The texts reminding us to leave at 11am were excessive. The cleaning crew was at our door at 1030am waiting on the bench outside.

Positive: The location was phenomenal and it was very clean
Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable and it wasn't stody when you lay down it sank in the middle and shook as you tossed or tried to turn over didn't care for the bed at all and the pillows was Soo flat..the key port was different but the person that I spoke to talked to me t like if they were annoyed that I couldn't understand on how to get to the keys it was my first time so wasn't sure about the set up so i called like I was instructed to do so for what i paid to stay at your facility why not make sure I go in comfortable the.managment didn't even check to see if I entered the mansion at all since it was my first time staying.. thank you for excepting my request and allowing me to stay at your mansion.
