Summary: Pros: the house was clean and spacious. Great location. Next to the freeway and grocery stores. Cons: A big reason for choosing this house was because it had listed a hot tub. The hot tub was empty and we were not told it would be. We went over thanksgiving and it was chilly. The hot tub would have been nice.. The washing machine was leaking all over the garage floor even when not in use. The disposal was clogged which we fixed by taking it out and removing a bunch of plastic.

Summary: The house was excellent, very clean, comfortable beds, spacious and the backyard and porch were nice. We had a wonderful time visiting family and spent a good deal of time out back… The location was great, near park and stores and restaurants. The proximity to I-17 and AZ-101 made going anywhere in the Phoenix area easy. We definitely recommend and would rent again. The only tiny criticism I have is I would have liked a little more communication. Overall one of the best places we’ve stayed.

Summary: This is a nice home with a great back yard. We did not use the pool as it was too cold in March but there were plenty of water toys/floating devices available. An overall great stay.

Summary: Great place to stay! Easy access to shopping, restaurants, quiet neighborhood. We came for birth of grandson, who didn’t make his appearance til after we left the house but we enjoyed our stay throughly. The Host is the most kind, considerate guy we could have ever asked for. What could have been a horrible trip, he made it Blessed. Would stay again for sure. Thank you Justin and God Bless!

Summary: Very clean and light - we enjoyed the hot tub every evening (too cold for the pool). Great location next to a park and easy access to everything we wanted to do. Layout of the place was very inviting. Missing a few essentials so we filled in some gaps. Owner stopped by once to help us with a couple things but not particularly easy to reach. All that said, we would stay here again

Summary: First... SO MANY Things to LOVE about this place. It has a nice pool, a hot tub, it's beautifully decorated, right across the street from a huge park, very quiet and safe neighborhood...all and all WONDERFUL. A few suggestions... little things really. Like, there was no salt and pepper. There was nothing like a basic can opener. If you want more that plates, pots and pans, and silverware, it's not there. Maybe it's a new Vrbo? I'm sure that will change overtime. But on the positive side, the hot tub was great, and we slept great. Really close to everything we wanted to see.
