Positive: Service was excellent check in went smooth and definitely felt welcome. Room was very clean and up to date. Checkout also went well because of the very hot weather I asked and granted leave pkg there to keep out of heat all day. This is a convent hotel to St Louis and definitely cost is great. Not luxury but a place to stay and be welcome and comfortable. Great service

Positive: It was quiet. The doors to the rooms let out to outside instead of a hallway and the sheets were clean.
Negative: They didn't offer breakfast and my service dog couldn't stay with me.

Positive: Right off the freeway, made getting around and finding it again when coming back extremely easy.
Negative: My floor was grungy, I asked the front desk to clean it again. He did and also said that the cleaner he used for the floors was making it sticky but it was clean...Not, sticky and clean are NOT the same thing. I couldn't walk around in the room with shoes or socks, it was making them stick to the floor. UNBELIEVABLE.

Positive: We liked the newly renovated bathroom and laminate floors. Bed was comfy as well.
Negative: There were no table lamps or hooks to hang clothes or towels, and no shelves in the shower for products. Little conveniences that make a big difference!

Positive: The staff was very friendly! From check-in, to check-out and seeing them in between cleaning rooms and such, they were always friendly!
Negative: Why was the bathroom sink built so high up? And toilet is so close to the shower wall, if you're one of these giants that designed the sink level, then when you sit on the toilet, your knees are gonna be in the wall or through it into the shower. I do not blame this on the staff.
