Summary: Great location, near beach, shopping, dining and grocery store., Fully equipped apartment on the top floor with great views. Host was easy to communicate with. He responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. We had a late flight and he graciously allowed us to stay in the unit well past check out time. I highly recommend renting this unit.

Summary: Great appartment, very well located and a few steps from the subway system, restaurants and grocery store + market. There was a water filter within the appartment. Washing machine are within the building but not in the appartment (as stated). Luiz gave us token for the washer and dryer ;-) We did not use the AC, so cannot comment… walked at night in the neighborhood and never felt insecured. Great experience! Thks Luiz!

Summary: I really enjoyed the stay here! It is a fantastic apartment in a great location near the beach and in the center of Impanema. The partner itself is great as it receives ocean breezes and lots of light. I truly enjoyed my time at this place.

Summary: One block to the beach. With parking, pool and gym. 24h security and a spacious comfy apt. The host is nice, always available and will do his outmost to solve your inquiries. Not a single problem. I recommend this place to whoever wants to enjoy the fun of Posto 9 de Ipanema.
