Summary: One of our favorite places that we have stayed in a while! The owner has great communication and always responds quickly. The house itself is perfect for a stay in Irvington and being in a prime location. You can walk to the Tides Inn, to the little downtown area..it's a great spot. We spent quite a bit of time in the house as well just because it was so pleasant. Read on the porch with a glass of wine, set up lawn games in the backyard, cooked and played games at night inside. The house was stocked well and the decor made you feel right at home. We are already wanting to return! Thank you so much and I hope we get the pleasure of staying in your beautiful home again!

Summary: The house was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for the beverages on arrival. Location was close to area small towns. Local seafood restaurants were great. We had a great stay. Wifi was not available the last few days.
