SARGASSO Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach.
The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free.
The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September.
This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.

Summary: Overall a great place to stay. Beach chairs snorkle gear and beach towels were a plus. The nearby water and power plant was a bit noisy when outside on the porch, but got used to hearing that afrer a couple days. other than that the location is good, centralized for quick trips to see things on both ends of the island.

Summary: We arrived in January during a windy time of year. Weather was very warm had a wonderful time visiting with the locals eating at local restaurants, visiting all the beautiful beaches. Great place to stay.

Summary: It was like paradise. Beautiful scenery. The weather was amazing. The ocean breeze felt amazing. The condo had everything we were looking for. We were able to relax and refuel.

Summary: We had a wonderful time here. No crowds, the beach was right outside our back patio and well maintained. This is a great place for a beginner snorkler since the waves are very small. The restaurant closed down right before we got here so for the next future there isn't a resturant on site. Althought, we saw several groups come in to look at it so I would bet it will open back up again soon. While it was a bummer the restaurant was closed it was also really nice to have the pool area be so quiet.

Summary: This property is a hidden gem! Beautiful views of Christiansted and Buck Island! Private pool with beach directly in front of the condo! Quick response time of property manager when communicating with him. Close to restaurants, shopping and had all the little amenities we were looking for! Will definitely be back! Summary: The views from the condo were fantastic! Sunrise to sunset found me looking at Buck Island and the glorious water! The restaurant on the property was a great place to grab food and/or a drink. I would definitely come back!
