Summary: Marni's place is everything it's advertised to be. She has found a level of convenience, comfort And style that really works. My wife and I were there for 2 weeksand w always stay in condos wherever we travel as we prefer that lifestyle opposed to a hotel room. This was about our 20th trip to The islands and our third time to the big island. Everything about this condo works for us. It truly is in the most central location in all of Kona. Plus in our view it's in the nicest location in the complex. After a full day of traveling and then walking into this condo and finding a full pitcher of Brita filtered water in the fridge along with most condiments in the pantry plus all The cooking equipment that you will need to make your vacation easier. The bed is comfortable, pillow selection is good and the sheets are soft And cool. Inside the ample closet You will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Beach umbrella, two full size boogie boards, pool noodles and even a fishing rod. The complex is clean, quiet and is well lit at night and has a feeling of a safety.The complex gardens are lush and healthy. One night there was a high risk of a storm and power outages. I received an email from Marni that she had purchased additional battery powered lights for us and was dropping them off shortly. Summary: Beautiful grounds, comfortable studio condo and walking distance to great restaurants and live music are just some of the reasons I return to this property year after year. Being able to walk across the street and view the sunset from the little beach there is icing on "the cake".

Summary: This was such a wonderful stay. It’s such a warm and inviting location. It is close proximity to many shops and restaurants (10-12 min walk OR 2 min drive). The room is EXACTLY like the listing. The air conditioning was perfect for when the sun came out and my spouse really enjoyed the pool & hot tub amenities! The parking situation can be frustrating, but there is enough parking on the road to make up for it! Besides that, the host did a wonderful job decorating this room and the cleanliness is outstanding! Thank you for letting us stay here!

Summary: This property is located walking distance to everything in Kona! I could not have chosen a better spot. The host was responsive to any questions, and the pool and hot tub are just steps from the back door. Random thing to make a note of: The towels in this bathroom are the softest, most awesome towels of any place I have ever stayed at. If you're into great towels, great locations, and good vibes, then this is the place for you!
