Positive: Location location location! One block off the Royal Kona Palace and easy walk to Main Street Kona. The condo was clean and inviting, all appliances worked and music welcomed you as you entered. The master bedroom was comfortable either the bed average. We only used one of the three bathrooms. The main living room was perfect for families to share a vacation together, sitting at the counter while the kitchen has room for 2 to cook. The patio views are stunning throughout the day and sunset colors. I would have liked a gas BBQ to cook outside but there was none. I would like to give this condo a 5 star review but will give it a 3.5 with room to improve. I’ve stayed at a 5 star hotels and b&b’s so my expectations were elevated. Would I book again.. yes.
Negative: The couch was a hide a bed and very uncomfortable to sit to watch the jumbo TV. The kitchen counters had ant traps on them but the water ants walked around them. The rooms were tired and dated with Costco furniture to brighten it up. It’s the little things that make an impression, the company needs to walk through with new eyes.
