F14 is a 650 sq ft 1 BR / 1 BA condo located at the desirable Kona Reef complex; a very short walk just south of Kailua Kona. This condo has full AC! That means you have super quiet split AC handlers, one in the living room and another in the bedroom, keeping you cool and comfortable at all times. The majority of Kona Reef condos only have a wall unit in the living room, where the AC never gets back to the hot bedroom, or have no AC at all.
This condo is located on the ocean side of Alii Dr. and has a direct unobscured ocean view from within the kitchen/living room and lanai, along with so many wonderful amenities to help you enjoy your vacation! The King size bed is a Sleep Number, so you can set your own comfort level for bed firmness, the Queen Sleeper sofa is outfitted with a memory foam mattress. Some extras include snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers for you to use during your stay!
The newly remodeled pool and jacuzzi opened on 11/25/2021! Come make a splash while relaxing and looking out at the beautiful ocean.

Summary: Everything from start to finish was perfect. Lori is a friendly and communicative property owner, her pride in ownership is reflected in every aspect of this condo. The. Condo is in a lovely area which is walkable to the main drag, it has a beautiful ocean view and it is absolutely spotless. We loved the pool area. We ran into a problem with our Hilo rental and Lori was wonderful in helping us with an early check in. Totally recommend this beautiful slice of paradise, w will definitely return since we visit Hawaii every year. Mahalo!

Summary: Everything was wonderful. Lori and Jay are excellent hosts. Their unit was clean and comfortable and they supplied everything you would need for a wonderful and relaxed vacation. It was located for an easy walk to town for shopping, eating and drinking. Parking included, we rented a car and went sight seeing and the unit felt like home after a long day of adventures. The bed was luxurious and we had no trouble adjusting to the time change. Thanks again for making our 30th anniversary a dream come true. Aloha

Summary: Lori and Jay’s lovely unit is one of the best short term rentals we have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean and equipped with absolutely anything you could need or want! Large spacious lanai with a gorgeous view. Split AC keeps both the bedroom and living room cool. Close walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Very responsive hosts. We loved the Big Island and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
