Located in Peterborg, next to world famous Magens Bay, this luxury villa boasts incredible views from almost every room in the house! Perched on a cliff you can enjoy sunrise and sunset either from the charming rocking chairs on the front porch or the gorgeous infinity pool at the ocean's edge.
La Luz features high ceilings throughout, en suites in every bedroom, walk in closets, and air conditioning. Open up the glass sliding doors and have the ocean breeze wash over you. With it's open concept design it's the perfect place to relax and spend time with the ones you care about. There is a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for you to prepare island inspired meals or for a private chef to do it for you.
Five bedrooms and additional accommodations in the living room with a pull out can accommodate twelve guests to comfortably spend the night here. All of the bedrooms have their own en-suite with double vanities and a large walk in closet. There are two bedroom suites that can be found on the main level, both feature king beds and their own balconies. Also on the main level is the master suite so luxurious you won't want to leave it! With a stunning mahogany four poster bed, decks on both sides, walk in closet, en-suite with ocean views, and even it's own kitchen it's everything you need and more. Upstairs is another master suite with a king bed and large balconies overlooking the ocean on both sides. There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and ensuite. With enough room for up to twelve guests, this is the perfect place for a large family vacation, a group of friends on a tropical getaway, or even a small company retreat.

Summary: The villa was amazing, location, manager, everything was world class. Everything you need is on site and you can spend the days and evenings just relaxing around the pool. Spectacular views of Magen's bay the ocean and surrounding islands. With five bedrooms and huge living space there was more than enough room for everyone. Jody was very responsive and helpful with ideas for provisioning and baby equipment rentals. Marty met us at check in and was always very responsive to any of our needs. I highly recommend Villa La Luz and we will definitely be back.

Summary: We had an amazing time. This is a beautiful home and has everything you need. The property was as described and Marty and Jodi were super helpful and gave great recommendations. Definitely need a car to get to places but love the location, so peaceful and such beautiful views. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again if we come to St. Thomas.

Summary: We went with 4 couples and stayed at La Luz! We had a great time. The recommendations from the team at Sunny Days were a big success. We had a blast and couldn't have asked for a better view while swimming!

Summary: This is a great location for a family to get away from the noise of town. I didn’t want to learn to drive in the left side of the road so I didn’t rent a car. The host did warn me that everyone else had rented a car and that was good advice I didn’t take. It’s very nice and quiet here at night and we all slept really well. The host is easy to contact if you have any issues. I would recommend this place but would strongly advise you rent a car as getting around is pretty expensive otherwise.

Summary: Property was in good condition and location is perfect for those wanting a central location in St Thomas. Care takers of property were amazing. Always there to help with any need. Would highly recommend. This was our second time at this property.

Summary: This place is as advertised. One of the most amazing locations on the Island. Watching the sun rise and set from their beautiful decks is breathtaking. Jody and Marty, the property mgrs. could not have been better. They set the standard in hospitality I felt like I knew Marty all my life after ten minutes with him. We had a small wedding at the house, and it worked out perfectly. Some of the taxi drivers on the island have never been this far out on the peninsula so it is helpful to procure transportation prior to arrival .
