Summary: Great location, but needs a deep cleaning, especially the filthy carpeting.

Summary: The place had a great location. Carpeting was filthy and baseboards looked like they hadn’t been washed in 30 years. Living room furniture was soiled. Cheap mattress in Main bedroom. Place could use a fresh up and was overpriced by $2500.00 monthly.

Summary: The lanai overlooking the lagoon was the best feature as well as the location. Unit was not very well maintained. This condo had many dirt spots on the carpeting as well as the tile in the Master bath. The tile floor in the shower was all cracked and the doors were difficult to move. Based on that, we would not return.
