Back at your stay, get comfortable under the home’s vaulted wood ceilings, and take in the expansive view from the great room and loft. The great room boasts a 75” smart tv with Apple TV and Amazon Firestick, electric fireplace, large dining space with plenty of space for eating and gaming, comfortable seating for family movie night, and sofa bed with extra bedding for overflow sleeping. The cupboard is stocked with puzzles and board games. Steps from the great room is the well-appointed and fully stocked kitchen.
Equally sizable, the bedrooms are lined with soft linens and central A/C. There are 3 bedrooms and a large loft with 4 extra beds - 1 downstairs King, 1 upstairs Queen, 1 upstairs Queen, 3 Twins, and 1 Full in the loft. There are 2 full bathrooms to accommodate guests, with linens provided.
The backyard invites you out to play some yard games, show off your BBQ skills, relax in the hammock, roast some marshmallows and tell stories by the fire pit, enjoy a glass of wine or mocktail in the soothing hot tub, and take in the BEST sunsets on Clearlake from the end of the private pier.
There is parking for 3 cars out front, a washer and dryer on site, and Internet access for guests.

Summary: My friends and I planned a getaway to celebrate our birthdays at a spacious place with great views, but things quickly went south. The narrow, crumbling roads and steep dirt driveway were just the start. Parking was tough, and upon arrival, the house was stifling. Despite turning on the AC, the temperature remained unbearable. Worse, we found rodent droppings on the couch, silverware drawer, and various other places. The mouse made an appearance later causing two of our friends to leave after the first night. When I contacted Pamela, she promised pest control and claimed her Nest showed the house was 60° not the 86° we were sweating in. The AC wasn’t fixed until Monday afternoon, leaving us exhausted and miserable for most of our stay. The technician said this happened due to years of neglect to the system. Additionally, the house was poorly cleaned, the BBQ was rusted and full of old grease, causing a dangerous flare-up when we tried to use it. Pamela offered us an additional night stay which we couldn’t accept due to work. We suggested a credit instead, but Pamela never responded again. We left the place cleaner than we found it, but disappointed and frustrated. On the bright side, the location was beautiful. Sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing were highlights. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, using the hot tub, and fishing. Despite these moments, the trip could have been so much better if the home had been properly maintained. I hope future guests have a different experience

Summary: My family & I had a great time. The kids & men waste no time fishing & enjoying the hot tub. Too bad it wasn’t warm out but we didn’t let that stop us from having fun. The pictures are exactly what see in person. Beds are super comfy . We stayed in the king bed room. The loft is above us , where the kids slept. We can hear them from time to time walking downstairs but I slept perfectly fine. If you’re not one to have the sun shine in your face then stay in one of the bedrooms. Waking up to the view was amazing. Walking out to the dock & watch the sunset was my favorite. Water was a little cold due to the weather but I would definitely book again for the summer. The driveway down was a little bumpy but only for a little bit. Pamela is very quick at responding back to all my questions during the stay ( sorry for all the questions) . All in all the home was very homie & comfy. I definitely will be back. Thank you again for the memories for our first trip on a lakefront and of the year.
