Summary: This was a great quiet spot for the family to enjoy themselves in between our other planned activities in the Raystown Lake area. This house has a lot of things to do in it, games ect.

Summary: This house was perfect for our group of 10. There is plenty of sleeping space. The basement bedrooms do not have access to a bathroom on that floor, but it didn't pose a problem for our group, they came upstairs to use the other two (but take note if there are elderly people who cannot do that). Having sheets and bath towels provided was a big help. We enjoyed the outside area as well, but spent a big portion of our time boating (Seven Points Marina right down the road). Front porch was perfect!

Summary: I can’t say enough good things about this house! It’s so cute and affordable. It’s was clean and spacious. The owners put thought into everything and exceeded our expectations- so many nice touches for guests. The location is close enough to either of the main marinas. The business/garage located in front of the house bothered us none. It’s far enough from the house that we didn’t hear any noise or have any issues with it. You can still sit on the front or side porch and enjoy the outside. The back yard and fire pit were perfect and we spent so much time there. The big picnic table was perfect for our large group. So happy we found this gem!

Summary: We had a wonderful time so close to the boat launch and not far from trails for hiking. The house was clean and well kept. Plenty of common space upstairs and downstairs to hang out in. We had fun playing pool on the pool table downstairs. Great stargazing from the backyard.
