"Lavender on the Farm"
You arrive into the little community we have on our farm. Community of neighbors and of farm animals! We have horses, cows, chickens, cats, and friendly farm dogs. Being an organic farm, we also have lots of wildlife and places to explore. Oh, and a garden full of lavender!
We named this downstairs walk out apartment "Lavender on the Farm" because it is so cozy and relaxing. It is the downstairs half of a larger farmhouse. The space is super comfortable and relaxing. You park right in front of the entrance door and there are no stairs. Durango is a short 9 miles / 15 minutes drive away.

Summary: This property was exactly what we expected. It is located close enough to town to be convenient, yet far enough away to be very quiet. The house furnishings were comfortable, everything was clean and worked as expected. Holly was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Our weeklong stay was very enjoyable.

Summary: My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Lavender House. There was a little hiccup with checking in but this was quickly remedied. The property is beautiful and set on a working farm. There are horses, donkeys, chickens and dogs. We enjoyed this aspect of the farm. The owner was quick to respond to us but we had very few questions as everything was self-explanatory. The home is very cozy and it was a quick drive to town. We appreciated being out in the country but with the ability to get into Durango easily. I would definitely recommend this property, the views are beautiful and I felt it was a great value.

Summary: A little tricky trying to find my way to the back of the driveway/street. What a treat once we did tho. Holly is so nice. Nice spacious 2 bedroom space. getting to pet the horses, donkey, and dog? Great!

Summary: Location was great. Super quiet and private. Not far from town at all. We got a little turned around and called her. She stayed on the phone while we got into the property. She even loaned me a hair dryer and brought coffee over. We will definitely be back. Super sweet family lives on site. They made sure we didn’t need anything.
