Positive: This was our third stay here and we highly recommend it . As in the description you are close to the beaches , shops/ high street and railway station . So peaceful and quiet . Get to see sunset from lounge and kitchen windows. Balcony is lovely in the warmer weather . Was lovely to see a Christmas tree up in the lounge on our arrival , a lovely seasonal touch .
Negative: Nothing we didn’t like . It’s a lovely comfortable apartment.

Negative: Enjoyed but felt it was in need of a bit of a spruce up. The en-suite silicone on the shower in need of replacement as really dirty, bathroom walls, doors and ceiling in need of refresh. Lounge coffee table, chair and cushions all looking bit sad.

Positive: Amazing apartment with sea view . Ideally located for the very adjacent railway station and short walk into North Berwick high street . Apartment had everything needed for self catering holiday. Was our second stay at 10 Royal Apartments and we’d love to stay here again.
