This Country Cottage is situated in a quiet and beautiful wooded area southeast of downtown Kansas City. It is on one level, has key-less access and private parking. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sofa sleeper in the living area to comfortably sleep 6. Guests will enjoy a full, well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor living space. With an open layout it has a spacious and welcoming feel. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, 2 closets, and master bath with a shower and jetted tub, as well as 2 sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a desk and closet, and access to the second bathroom, which has a shower. There is also access to the second bathroom from the hall. Both bathrooms are large and have large counters and mirrors and lots of storage.
The Cottage is separated from the residence of the owners by a 3-car garage. There are no additional homes on the property.

Summary: A lovely home with lots of space and extremely clean and well kept! It was a joy to stay here. The location is private and quiet yet close to all the city amenities. It was perfect!

Summary: Been here for 3 years now for our small family gathering location. Probably the best location we have been to and we do these 2 or 3 times a year. Host is the most attentive of all that I have experienced. Highly recommend if wanting a quiet space for a small gathering.

Summary: We were here for the Sweet Adeline International convention in Kansas City; this house was about 30 minutes away, which we knew beforehand. Very quiet and hosts most pleasant and accommodating. We would stay again of ever in the area.

Summary: This property was even better than advertised. The home was immaculate. The rooms spacious. The kitchen had everything desired and the tableware was good quality. The owners were delightful and you can tell that they have really thought about what is needed by the renters. There is a lovely wrap around porch where you can enjoy the beauty of your surroundings. The home is located in a secluded rural setting but only a quick drive to anything you might need. We will definitely stay there again should we return to the area.

Summary: This home is absolutely beautiful! Off the main road enough that it’s like being out in the country-so quiet & peaceful! There’s so much room & had everything we needed! We enjoyed playing games outside on the patio table! It was easy to communicate with the hosts & we were able to meet Lesli who was very sweet! We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the KC area!

Summary: Such a cute place. Hidden in the forest just enough to be cozy and out of traffic but close enough drive to what you need to. Lovely accessible showers and lovely home. Owner is wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend!
