Location, Location, Location! Most rentals say you can walk to the beach and then you find yourself way up the mountain on some dirt road. Not with us, you literally just walk down our concrete driveway to a very secluded beach. New Luxury Home, Huge Infinity salt water pool looking right down on the beach and waves below! Amazing White Water Ocean Views, 5 King size bedroom suites with top of the line mattresses and 100% Egyptian cotton sheets. New Queen size Murphy Bed in 5th bedroom suite perfect for couples traveling with kids! Sleeps 12 in beds. A/C in every bedroom, Free High speed internet, flat screed Led TV's in every room. Completely private estate surrounded by jungle.
***For groups larger than 12 (or if you just want a little more space to spread out) we also have an additional studio suite available that sleeps 4 for an additional cost. This open concept space is complete with full kitchen, bedroom with kingsize bed, pull down queensize murphy bed, bathroom, and private deck. This is by far the best location in the town sitting directly above beautiful Playa Dominical beach with views of the Pacific from every room in the house! Watch the waves while lounging on one of the three sun decks. Walk to town, beach, grocery and restaurants. Our luxury home is privately gated and secure inside a private community. Brand new construction with all custom hardwood furniture and interior, Travertine floors throughout and rare Coral pool decks. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing below! All 5 bedroom suites have ensuite bathrooms. Sleeps 12 in beds comfortably With 5 Kings and 1 Queen. Huge 6 burner gas grill, Beach Chairs, cooler, and Umbrella provided. If you have children we have a fold out crib and high chair available.
This home is a three story luxury home with three bedroom suites on the main floor including a gourmet size kitchen, living/dining area, infinity pool and sun decks. One bedroom suite is located on the third floor (wait until you see the view!), The one bedroom suite, and studio apartment suite are on the lower level, each with a private deck. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and Living room. High speed cable internet service in every room! Kitchen includes a full sized oven, gas cooktop, full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and a wine fridge. Huge 6 burner gas grill located on the back porch. Beach Chairs, Cooler, Umbrella, High chair, Fold out crib.
Don't be surprised to see any number of Costa Rica's exotic wildlife living in the forest bordering the property or in our beautiful landscaped gardens (including fruit trees!)..
Dominical is famous for some of the best and most consistent surf in the world. Suitable for all levels of proficiency. Plenty of waterfalls nearby including the famous Nauyaca Waterfall and Horseback tour. Enjoy whitewater rafting on the Savegre River or visit Cano Island for a scuba diving and snorkel adventure. We are also just a short boat ride away from Corcovado National Park and a short drive to Manuel Antonio National Park. The Quepos marina just north of the home is where some of best offshore fishing in the world can be found. Inshore fishing launches their boats just 3 km south of the house for a easy fun day at sea.
Pick from any number of nearby beaches including Playa Dominical, Playa Dominicalito, Playa Uvita, and Marino Ballena National Park among many others all up and down the coastline.

Linda and Kevin are the most gracious hosts and went above and beyond to help us plan an a seamless celebration of our fleeting youth The pictures do not do it justice…the view is breathtaking. I highly recommend this property and I definitely plan return to this property with my the rest of my family.

Summary: We had the best time at this lovely home! Linda and Chris were so thorough and helpful with anything we needed, from car rentals and excursions to daily questions from our group. The home was spacious and accommodating for a group of 5 couples. Each room having a kind size bed + private bathroom was awesome! Couldn’t beat the short walk to the beach and security gates were nice to have for access to the property too. The home is close to the main coastal roadway (unavoidable if you want to be close to beach in this area). So you will hear auto and truck noise. Not a huge deal, especially w/ good music playing poolside, but thought I’d mention. We had a fantastic stay and time overall!!

Summary: Our stay in Costa Rica at Casa Linda was most enjoyable. Casa Linda was better in person than the pics could show. Linda and Tati were the best! The location was a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean and convenient to all that we wanted to do! We can’t wait to go back!

Summary: I stayed here with my husband, three other couples and two children. The house is gorgeous, clean with modern appliances. The views are credible. Each bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathrooms and very cold A/C which you be happy about. The common areas are not but that is very common in CR and it didn’t bother us. This house was a perfect fit. Our bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies. Alejandro was fantastic at helping us with transportation, a rental car, an excursion and private chef. He and Linda and Kevin type property managers were super responsive via what’s app throughout our stay. Tatiana the housekeeper was great. The place was stocked with the all the basics and there was wonderful welcome gift of fruit, snacks and beer. We loved the pool and there were lots of pool toys. The location is about a five minute drive to Dominical. It is a cute little town. La Junta was my favorite restaurant with the best food and bloody Marias. We had fun at Fuego and Phat Noodle, as well. You’re supposed to be able to walk to the town from the beach during low tide, but we never tried that. We also saw four Scarlett macaws in town one day. We didn’t see any monkey or sloths just around the property but here were some pretty amazing iguanas hanging out while we were there. This house was really wonderful and the service and hospitality we received were fantastic. Highly recommend !!
