Positive: Close to restaurants. Bustling city locale.

Negative: Inside is definitely beat up. Walls marked up. Some LVP scraping off the floor. Beer and cans in the shared foyer of all the upstairs flats. But decor is nice and it was fairly clean.

Negative: No one was there , and I got the wrong PIN code and took me a long time to get trough the phone to get the right pin and access the property, for which my plans got delayed and me and my family were outside waiting .

Positive: Overall the bathroom, toilet lounge/kitchen area was clean with lots of space. A great walking distance to Principality Stadium.

Negative: At first was really happy with the whole place until it was time to sleep. The bedding in both bedrooms was not changed from previous guests but thankfully we had brought our own towels so had to put them on top of the beds and slept like that - but not all the beds were used due to the very strong body odour smell of the bed linen. The double bed mattress was shockingly uncomfortable, like it had collapsed and a pillow was not actually a pillow but a folded duvet. This was the main and biggest let down of the place. New mattresses and spotlessly clean changed bed linen would have raised my rating. I have reported this and have received a nice reply. I would be happy to try to book again in the future
