So much to enjoy, you won't want to leave! But if you do, you'll appreciate how conveniently located it is. 20 minutes from everywhere! Centrally located to attend various Spring training venues across the valley, many golf courses, shopping at the Biltmore or in Scottsdale, and easy access to downtown.
Here are the Manzi Place, significant focus is put toward minor details to ensure an enjoyable stay. Here are a few highlights.
Access: Home is equipped with a smart lock. You will be able to provide me with a code that will allow access to the home. For your security, this code will be active during the duration of your stay only.
TV: There is a 65” indoor tv and two 55” outdoor TVs for your use. All are equipped with Apple TV for simplicity of use. While no cable service is provided, the home comes with logged in subscriptions to YouTube TV to ensure all major television channels are accessible. You may also log in for any of your personal streaming apps.
Pool: Bring your swimsuits for the HEATED saltwater pool! Saltwater pools maintain a lower chemical level that is gentler on skin, hair, and eyes compared with traditional chlorine pools. There will be a pool heating fee applied during winter months to cover the cost of gas as follows: Dec & Jan = $65/day; Nov & Feb = $60/day; Oct & Mar = $50/day; Apr = $40/day; Sep & May = $30/day. This charge will be handled separately as a payment request and will not be included in the initial booking.
Pool Safety: All doors leading to the back yard are self-closing and have raised handles to open. Additionally, emergency pool safety equipment is provided.
Backyard Fire Pits: Enjoy the ambiance and warmth of the 4 natural gas fire features.
BBQ grill: Natural gas BBQ grill is ready for your grilling pleasure
Mattresses: All Mattresses are of high-quality memory foam. They tend toward the firm side to provide the support needed by some guests and comfort for all. Each mattress is protected with a hypoallergenic mattress cover for your health and safety.
Pillows: Each sleeping position is equipped with 2 pillows (1 thick/full; 1 thin) for your choice. All sleeping pillows are covered with hypoallergenic pillow protectors for your health and safety.
Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags, and pool towels. Lack of towels will not be an issue.
Toiletries: Includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, and makeup removing towelettes for your use
Water Softening: Phoenix has very hard water which can reduce the effectiveness of soaps and detergents while leaving skin and hair with a feeling of having build-up. This house is equipped with a water softening system which will leave you feeling as clean as can be!
Hairdryers: 2 professional-grade hairdryers are provided for your use
Kitchen Items: Oven, Gas Stovetop, Full-sized refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig Duo K-cup + standard coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster. Well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.
Laundering: Washing Machine and Gas Dryer for your use with detergent provided. Each bedroom has a laundry basket and a luggage stand.
Noise management: Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.
