4 Bedroom House in New Seabury, Mashpee

Centrally located within desirable New Seabury, an upscale seaside community of New Seabury Country Club, rare Midcentury Modern Gem, a Capewide Vacations home, completely renovated with an amazing inground heated pool & yard! Just 6/10 mile to Popponesset Beach "The Spit" and a mile to Popponesset Marketplace and Public boat ramp less than a mile a away to access Nantucket Sound. Close to beaches, dining, and shopping yet feels a world away with over an acre of space for relaxation, play and entertainment. Central A/C & WIFI!
This single level bright midcentury modern gem with 4 bedrooms and 2/12 bath, has a open concept vaulted ceiling main area includes kitchen, dining, and living/family room with walls of sliders looking out to backyard. Our newly built backyard paradise is fully fenced with a new saltwater 20x40 pool with travertine pool deck and separate lower lawn. There’s an oversized outdoor shower.
There are two sides off the main area with the bedrooms. Each side can be closed off for total privacy.
Right side of the main area:
1) Bedroom #1, master bedroom ensuite with slider to private deck and steps down to pool area. King Bed
2)Bedroom #2, has sliders to its own private patio and connects to half bath in foyer. Queen Bed
Left side of the main area:
3) Bedroom#3 is a double room, there is a queen bed and 2 twin beds. You can close off the divider and use it as two separate bedrooms, each side has it's own entrance and closets. There is also a 43" HD Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has slider to pool.
4) Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and sliders to it's own private patio.
Bathroom #1 - in Master Bedroom, full bathroom with walk in shower.
Bathroom #2 - Full bathroom with walk in shower. If you have young ones, there is a baby tub available for use in this bathroom.
Bathroom #3, half bath - located in foyer and can access from bedroom #2 also.
Pool is opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day. PLEASE NOTE POOL WILL BE CLOSED ON SEPTEMBER 5, 2023, OR WHEN GUESTS LEAVE THEIR STAY FROM THIS PERIOD. Pool heating is included for stay 7 nights or more.
Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
South Cape Beach is about 3 miles away. Mashpee Commons with a cinema, bowling alley, and many fine dining and shopping options is 5 minute drive away! Martha's Vineyard is a short ferry ride on the Island Queen Ferry in Falmouth. You can also catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket from Hyannis.
Capewide Vacations has a few other properties in the Cape for summer rental.

Summary: Great home! We’re picky when it comes to cleaning and this house was very clean when we arrived! Floors, bathrooms, linens, towels, countertops… all clean! The property is well taken care of. It had enough parking for at least 8-10 cars. All the grounds were beautifully kept. Totally fenced yard gives peace of mind for those of us with kids. With good size rooms and bathrooms and comfortable mattresses, this home sleeps 10 people comfortably. Modern and 100% open floor plan of the kitchen / dining / family room area, all with a nice pool view makes it even better. Heated pool with pool toys plus an oversized umbrella covering an outdoor table that sits 10-12 people along with a really nice Genesis Weber grill made outdoor eating fun and enjoyable. A few seating areas outdoors including one with a gas fireplace were nicely furnished. Even a grass area next to the pool was great to play bocce. Kim was a great host, easy to contact and fast to respond. I give this home and host A+ rating and I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We spent the week at this rental- the backyard and pool area are beautiful although there was a raised track on the floor that was a major tripping hazard. The cleanliness of the property was horrible. There were cob webs in the kitchen and living room and an empty goldfish bag in one of the nightstands. Even with the curtains and door closed the house warmed up to 86 degrees each afternoon (with AC on) I know this because of the thermostat and baby monitors we were traveling with. The basement slider door did not have a lock and was only “secured” by a bar on the bottom of the door. Overall our stay was disappointing and we ended up leaving a day early. We would not return to this property.

Summary: We loved this property! The pool area is absolutely fantastic- we spent most of our time in and around the pool and the kids had a blast. The house is clean and comfortable and perfect for two families with kids. The neighborhood is great- lots of walking trails, close to the beach and close to great restaurants in town. The host is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Summary: Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Close to everything with easy walking paths. The pool was amazing. My family and I swam every day and loved how much space there was outdoors to lounge or play a game. We had a fantastic week at this property, and we were so impressed with how clean and nice the home was. We can’t wait to come back!
