Rancho Maroma is a green home 50 percent powered by solar panels and uses eco-friendly paint. Its thick adobe plaster is an energy efficient material that absorbs energy from the sun and radiates through the home when the weather gets cool, and in warmer months the material helps hold the coolness in the home from the previous night.
For the adventurer in you, take a walk down the country road surrounded by the property’s 20 beautiful acres. Once you return, shower off outside in the master bedroom’s outdoor privacy shower if you wish. Only six minutes to the city of Los Olivos and surrounded by renowned vineyards such as Roblar, Bridlewood, and Brander, there is no excuse not to get out and sightsee!
