This home offers all the necessities with a fully stocked kitchen, smart LED 65 inch TV, and memory foam mattresses for a comfortable night sleep after a long day at the beach. This property is close to entertainment for the whole family including a movie theatre, delicious restaurants, and Cape Cod Children's Museum, (that's walking distance). The property offers plenty of off-street and on street parking. For boat lovers, a public boat ramp is a short 2 min ride away. Don't miss out on this stellar home this summer. Property is kid friendly and wheelchair accessible. All bedrooms feature brand new memory foam mattresses and pillows.
Absolutely no dogs are allowed in the home - if it is discovered a dog was at the home, the renter will incur a penalty of $200 to cover the cleaning and violation of rules.
Please be advised that we use a professional cleaning service that takes great pride in their work to ensure that all surfaces are sanitized and cleaned in adherence to the COVID-19 pandemic and CDC guidelines.

Trash days are Wednesdays, you do not need to do anything for this. The bins are located in position for removal. Please do not move the bins under any circumstances.

Summary: This property is everything and some. Elena is communicative and kind. Im a Yai Yai and I took my Family on a mini vacation. The home is very nicely decorated and spacious. The bedrooms were so cozy and all super clean. We found everything so close, and convenient. But, the home was so peaceful and enjoyable sitting on the deck. So quiet, I loved it. We used the grill, kitchen, and everything thing is provided to make special meals. We also liked how close amazing restaurants were as well. My Son, and Daughter-in-law, and Grandchild loved the beach. Many beaches close by. The central air was so good too. I also took my sister who is in a wheelchair and the ramp exceeded the accessibility for her. Beautifully landscaped and Elena even left a beautiful bouquet for us. We will be back for sure! Thank you Elena!

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and up to date. TV was a challenge to understand / operate, and had a brief issue with the smart thermostat / temperature control, but other than that, wonderful home and experience.

Summary: Our family recently stayed at this property and had a great stay. The property is very close to the beach and Mashpee Commons, which has many stores and restaurants. The property is also within about 30 minutes of multiple bike trails which we enjoyed during our stay. The property was very well maintained and clean. The property owner was very responsive to messages and gave great suggestions for things to do during the visit. When we booked the property we overlooked that the property had a tenant, however we observed that the separation of the 2 units was not an issue as mentioned in a previous review. Our family enjoyed ourselves so much that we would revisit in the future and would recommend it to friends.
