Positive: Good afternoon! My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April 2025. We liked everything, the cleanliness and the friendly staff. There is a very large spa area where you can spend time comfortably. The area around the hotel is wonderful, lots of greenery and fountains. There is a tram nearby that will take you to the city center. Everything is great! Thank you for the vacation!

Positive: i liked the location of the hotel - it was very green and the parks were beautiful. I liked like serene the room felt and that it was spacious. I also had a panicked moment when I thought i lost my phone and the staff were really helpful. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept really well during my stay.
Negative: The room was fairly clean but it was dusty. the surfaces were dusty but the remote control was also full of dust. I understand this may seem small but it gave me the impression deep cleaning was not done and i was surprised considering the prize and marketing of the hotel. I chose this hotel because of the spa but neither the indoor pool or jacuzzi was working - i didn't know this prior to booking. I only used the spa one day because it just always felt so crowded. A big disappointment was the outdoor pool - there were only lanes for exercise swimming so it always felt cramped and there random men would just stand in the water so even when you tried to swim it felt uncomfortable.
Summary: the hotel was ok, the surroundings were beautiful.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent but I did not like the coffee machine we had to use-they give you a cup each, why couldn’t they use fresh tea and coffee? Location is lovely
Negative: We were not told that the indoor swimming pool was out of use which was disappointing. We did not think that there were enough good eating places either in the hotel or around the area. There is only one restaurant and we did not like the food hall on the ground floor which looks like an independent pop-up eating place quite expensive and very average food very noisy especially on Friday evening with lots of families. It takes a long time from order of the food to arriving and drinks took 15 minutes. The bar on the hotel lobby is fun but is often blocked off for private events and doesn’t serve food so after a workout in the fitness centre, where on earth do you go for lunch apart from the food hall and a small student style place next to the entrance of the fitness centre serving very expensive snacks. Places to relax and sit on are quite uncomfortable and jagged. It does need a refurbish I think although I quite like the 60s and 70s style interior.
Summary: Overall enjoyable but they could do better, all the staff are very nice
