Positive: Very central location and nice hotel with friendly staff and beautiful views. If you arrive to Banff with a bus, you can't pick a more convenient hotel. Also public bus to eg. sulphur mountain runs right at the front.

Negative: Room was chilly (which is excellent for sleeping) and ventilation quite loud. Earplugs we're provided.

Positive: Amazing location! Right in the heart of downtown Banff. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Negative: Several nights we were woken up by loud neighbors partying. Lots of yelling, door slamming, etc. I had to call the front desk to report. Hot tubs need major renovation. Reception staff was less than helpful and friendly.

Summary: Great location, loud at times, needs some renovations.

Positive: The location is in a great location on Banff Avenue. Very close to all of the restaurants and bars. I loved the hot tubs on the roof, they were really hot and had a beautiful view.

Negative: The cleaners knocking on our door 10 minutes before check out asking if we were leaving.
