Summary: Comfy bed & pillows. Great staff. Quick elevator. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash lotion & hand wash in pumps supplied. That was a nice treat. Not a fan of Nespresso but it was supplied with actual creamers and 4 pods. (Better than nothing) . Will definitely stay again.

Summary: Located at the heart of Banff, this hotel is within walking distance to most amenities. The rooms are cozy and clean although small in size. My only complaint is parking. Although they do have some space, it's not enough to accommodate during their peak or busy season. Other parking options are quite expensive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: It was a perfect location in the heart of downtown. Few things lacking in the room like a place to keep and open luggage, microwave and smart TV.

Summary: Lovely place to stay within walking distance of everytbing you need. Restaurant on-site that had delicious breakfast with windows looking out over the town and mountains. Willbe staying there again on my next trip!

Summary: Went on a girls trip with my friends for my birthday and this hotel is so amazing! It’s location is perfect and the staff are so sweet, they let us check in early as our room was ready and the room was so clean and the beds were so comfortable as well! The parking was also only 10 dollars per day which was a great price considering we were in Banff. I went with two of my friends and there were only two robes in the room (standard) and we asked for another one, and the staff wasted no time to give us a third. In the time that it took us to get to the room from the lobby, someone already came to drop off the robe to our room! We also asked for a later check out time and they let us check out an hour later than we were supposed to wish was a blessing. The restaurant Brazen that was also in the hotel was absolutely amazing! The food was outstanding quality and the service as well! I cannot wait to come back again!

Summary: We stayed at this property and really loved the location. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The rooms felt oversized as well. The location is fantastic as this location is downtown Banff. Just walk out your hotel and there is shopping at dining right within a block. I would stay here again the next time I visited Banff. The only unfortunate part is that one of the two hot tubs was out of service.

Summary: Only reason I put 2 stars is the miscommunication or I don't know whose fault whether it's Expedia or Mount Royal Hotel about my charges. I have to pay full amount at check out wherein I paid a deposit when I did my booking. Then I realized looking at my credit card statement that they (hotel) charged me when I check-in already then charged me again at check out. I don't get it! so I'm in the process of it but I should not be having this issue on my holidays.

Summary: Overall the stay was okay. The parking is very limited and you do have to pay for it if you can find a spot. The staff was very welcoming. They do require a $200 deposit at time of check in. The lobby looks very nice and has a ski town feel to it. The elevator is unbearable slow though. We got to our room and it was as pictured. The beds were soooo comfortable. It was hard not to leave them. There were tons of carpet stains, not sure from what. I booked this place because of the hot tubs, except one was down and the other one was filthy. I was really disappointed as this was why I chose this hotel. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, the other hotels weren’t as close to shopping and food. I did like my stay but probably wouldn’t choose it again
