This 5-bedroom home can accommodate privacy for a larger group with spaces to spread out, work or read. This classic New Seabury floor plan is an all-time favorite. It is contemporary yet functional and allows for open entertaining in the core of the house which is then surrounded by a new wrap around deck. The kitchen, dining area and living room are centered around a curved fireplace and the ceilings soar, opening up to large panels of glass for lots of natural light. The white galley kitchen has been completely remodeled with newer appliances. The bathrooms have also been updated. The large deck has

Summary: Paul and his team were great to work with and the property was even better than we expected. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The outdoor deck is spacious and has plenty of nice furnishings. The home is private, yet not isolated from civilization. The dynamic semi-private beach is only a perfect walk away and the neighborhoods are full of beautiful homes and very cool seawater inlets and coves. We will stay here again!
