Summary: I love this property. It's on the most gorgeous stretches of beach you will ever see. Blue water / white sand. The staff is friendly and attentive. When I went (right before July 4th) it was a quiet, non busy week so I loved it even more. The beach was never noisy or crowded. The only negative is the drinks are very expensive. And they don't let you run a tab to the room, so every time you order something, you have to pay. So you would have to make several payment transactions a day for every meal and round of drinks.

Summary: First time visit to Turks & Caicos and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The room was perfect for a our family of 5 with a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom room with a perfect view of the resort and view to the bay. There was also a sofa bed in the living room. The Cabana restaurant was also excellent. Every item that we tried on that menu, including the drinks, were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I think I expected something else. My room was not very well kept. The towels weren’t bleached! Also, the walls and bathroom door stained. The hallway too! The bed was u comfortable! Insane amount of money for those conditions.

Summary: The resort is nice, however between Ocean Club Resort East versus West, it is very confusing. When I booked, I was looking at the amenities, the gym, two tennis courts, FOUR restaurants, etc. I booked the resort, not realizing they are two very different resorts and do not have 4 restaurants, rather 2 between them. The shuttle service is a nice feature, but again it is very confusing when you have never been to Turks and Caicos before. We ended up being at East, I wanted to stay at West. Nice hotel, staff was friendly, not sure it was worth the $800.00 per night (including tax).

Summary: The property is pretty convenient and the rooms are very comfortable. Love the access to the beach. Our room was very private and surrounded with greenery and it was amazing to wake up and look at the window. The bar by the beach was convenient and its nice that you can also access their property on the west side. The kitchen was small but had enough for you to cook breakfast of you wanted too. One tip: regardless where you stay in Turks and caicos I strongly recommend renting a car. There is a lot of places to go eat explore outside the hotel and we saw a lot of tourists being stranded or waiting a long time for cabs in the grace bay area. Even to take them back to the airport. Also one of the best things to do is go to Fry fish on Thursdays and if you don’t have a call u will miss this amazing experience. Cons: the only thing I disliked was the use of plastic straws in the property. Ended up finding them on the beach and going into the water. For a property that pledges to be echo-friendly you need to retire the use of plastics straws specifically when being so close to the ocean.

Summary: We were there with our daughter and her family - 3 and 7 year old grands. They loved both pools - the right size for little and bigger kids. The beach and ocean on Grace Bay were perfect for all of our swimming playing needs. It is the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. The location was great for pick up by boats for snorkeling and parasailing. We were on a second floor 2 bedroom suite overlooking the beach and bay. There was a screened in porch which was perfect for keeping bugs out and watching beautiful sunsets. The breeze was so fresh, we rarely turned on the AC. The cleaning staff kept our suite very clean - even with 2 young kids. It was quiet and sleeping was very easy. The check in guys brought all our luggage up to our suite and brought up a single bed for the grand kids. They were very friendly and kind. We ate many meals at the Cabana Bar which had wonderful food for breakfast and lunch, by the pool so we could watch the kids. The convenience store was a quick walk and made it easy to get needed things without having to leave the property. My husband did not like the fitness center because it was in the basement of one building with no windows, but that was the only complaint. At the end of our week, my 7 year old granddaughter said, "Mimi, can we please come back here next year!"
