Summary: If I could give this property more than five stars, I would! It is fabulous! Beautiful setting. Very well stocked and so comfortable… and best of all a fenced yard for our dogs!! Loved it!

Summary: Location was absolutely amazing. Allowed for visiting St Augustine and Ponte Vedra. We did have some issues with pests which can be expected at the ocean. Communication was a little spotty during the stay via the app, but solutions and attention offered upon receipt. The entrance is at the top of the stairs which I didn't understand at first. The owners provide anything you could think of for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, separate beach towels etc. The downstairs bathroom super convenient. Outdoor shower for rinsing sand off. There are a lot of gnats/bugs so would bring bug spray.

Summary: The view was perfect and the beach was very quiet and private. The fenced in sandy lower level was perfect for our dogs. We didn’t have any issues with the AC, but kept the blinds shut during the day. The bathroom and shower on the lower level was great for the kids coming in from the beach and to use the restroom quickly and easily when needed without having to go all the way upstairs into the house. So many areas to sit and relax and we loved the beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas provided! We cooked most of our dinners and didn’t have any issues with supplies. The owner was kind enough to overnight us some pepper as they must have run out and only had salt. Easy to find the house at night with the green lights on the mailbox. Thank you for a great stay at an unforgettable location!

Summary: The house could have been cleaner and fresher smelling. The couch was sandy and the throw pillows were itchy and did not seem very sanitary.The refrigerator had a smell. One of the patio chairs was broken. The location is nice:)

Summary: This rental has everything you can need for a beach vacation. there were no less than about 10 large Beach towels. They also had about five beach chairs that were brand new the tags still on and fantastic quality. I loved that the two bathrooms were stocked with full size shampoos and conditioners and body wash. And the bathrooms were also fully stocked with so much toilet paper you could isolate there for weeks and never run out. Even the laundryroom/downstairs bathroom had plenty of detergent! It was also wonderful to have complete control of the thermostat, many rentals say there's air conditioning but you do not have control of it, and this rental you have full control of your thermostat. I think it does have a bit of a hard time during the daytime keeping up with how hot it gets, but at night the air conditioning did a great job of keeping the home cool. We traveled with our baby, and we did realize that we needed to keep the bedroom door closed during the day to help keep it cool for him to nap in. Additionally, they have a fantastic clean and comfortable high chair to use. Also as a total arachniphobe- this house had zero spiders! Even the downstairs bathroom!!. On one side there is a vacant lot, and on the other side is a beach house that is vacant and not being used as a vacation home- about as empty of a beach as you will get in florida in the summer.
