Summary: The house has an easy flow, with lots of places to hang out as a group, along with cozy areas to curl up and read. It has easy beach access, with chairs and other toys provided by the host and a great pool to cool off in, if you don't feel like swimming in the sea. The views from the decks are wonderful and the house is in easy reach of shops and restaurants. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ellen was extremely responsive and quickly dealt with the few issues we had. We will definitely be back.

Summary: This was another wonderful experience for us in Ponte Vedra that we plan to return to every year. The house is perfect, located in a central spot with beautiful beaches. The house is gorgeous with full amenities and plenty of room for families. The house is well stocked and full of beach supplies as well as bicycles. We feel so lucky to have found such a gem.

Summary: We have stayed at this home a few times and it is just as beautiful as the first time we stayed. The home has a great layout with plenty of space while still feeling cozy and comfortable. The pool is large enough for the whole family to enjoy at the same time. Beach access is extremely easy and plenty of chairs are provided. The beach feels private as there are hardly any other people there. It all makes for a perfect vacation. We hope to visit again soon!

Summary: The house and property are perfect for a special family trip to the beach. This is the 2nd time we have rented this property and it was perfect for our family (including a 3 year old and a 1 year old.). You have great, close access to the very uncrowded and beautiful Ponte Vedra beach and a great pool with full beach view if you choose not to go down to the beach. Everything you need is provided and the owners are excellent to work with. We’ll be back.
