Summary: Such a beautiful home right on the beach! The home is in a prime neighbirhood.. The hosts were great! We used the heated pool and hot tub our entire trip over Thanksgiving week with the beach water being chilly during that time of year. You will have to pay extra for heating the pool and hot tub, but worth it. The hot tub will be heated only 4 hours a day, so you will have to communicate when you would like to turned on. It was fairly easy to text daily.

Summary: We had the best family vacation in this beautiful home. The ocean views are stunning! The home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location with easy beach access was perfect. The owners were great hosts. We look forward to coming back next year!!!

Summary: Our visit had great weather, relaxing atmosphere and a chance to recharge with our small family. This property is setup for a few up to many folks with the number of bedrooms and community areas. Every room was decorated nicely, felt extremely comfortable and gave a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. I would definitely setup another visit in the future. The attention to detail with items for the beach, the kitchen and even some toys for small children were very much appreciated. My wife enjoyed the area so much she is open to moving to the area permanently.

Summary: The house has an easy flow, with lots of places to hang out as a group, along with cozy areas to curl up and read. It has easy beach access, with chairs and other toys provided by the host and a great pool to cool off in, if you don't feel like swimming in the sea. The views from the decks are wonderful and the house is in easy reach of shops and restaurants. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ellen was extremely responsive and quickly dealt with the few issues we had. We will definitely be back.

Summary: This was another wonderful experience for us in Ponte Vedra that we plan to return to every year. The house is perfect, located in a central spot with beautiful beaches. The house is gorgeous with full amenities and plenty of room for families. The house is well stocked and full of beach supplies as well as bicycles. We feel so lucky to have found such a gem.
