Tipsy Turtle is a spacious 2200 sq. foot oceanfront home has recently been transformed into a luxurious vacation rental. It features panoramic views of South Ponte Vedra's private beach area and the Atlantic Ocean. It has been newly furnished to guarantee your comfort and enjoyment in beautiful surroundings. The ocean side of the house includes a covered, laid back, deck complete with comfortable lounging furniture, outdoor dining, and a propane grill.
You will experience some of the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets you have ever witnessed, enjoy spending time on the wonderful beach, or relaxing in comfort of a luxury interior and enjoying the view.
This deck is accessed through the open 2nd floor living, dining, and kitchen areas that are set up to make sure your vacation party maximizes its socializing and fellowship for an unforgettable vacation. You can also access the deck and walkway with direct access to the beach from the hall bathroom. The dining area accommodates 8 people, overlooking a gourmet kitchen and stylish family room.
This large home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, comfortably sleeps 8 people. There is a master suite and private bath on the main floor (2nd), a hallway full bath with shower and laundry can also be accessed directly from the deck and beach.
On the upper level (3rd), there are two bedrooms and a large shared bath with tub, shower, and double vanity. One bedroom offers 2 queen beds, the other a king. Both have gorgeous views (one of the Atlantic, the other our magnificent Guana Preserve) and luxury bedding offers plenty of comfort.
On the first floor is a garage, and interior stairwell leading up to the 2nd floor living. It offers a covered patio with picnic table, as well as an outdoor shower.

Summary: From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The house is just as it is described and pictured. It was tastefully decorated - not too much and not too little. The house itself is roomy and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. You are LITERALLY steps away from the beach. As long as you bring your groceries, everything else you would need is right there. We did not leave the house but I know that there are nice restaurants somewhat close by. We had a small issue which was addressed immediately so communication is A. I cannot stress enough how perfect this house is. THANK YOU for everything.

Summary: This home is spacious, and stunning. The ocean is steps away, and we enjoyed shelling and short walks. The homeowner thought of every amenity to get our stay started, even a generous gift bag.! Although the weather was a bit cool for us ( we live 4 hours South which is generally warmer)

Summary: The house is very comfortable, very well decorated, and very well equipped. You are directly on the beach. The beachfront is very private. Nothing but other private houses close by. Moonrises are spectacular. You are an easy 10–15-minute drive South into St Augustine and another easy 15-minute drive North into Ponte Vedra. Several Great waterfront restaurants close by. Plenty of easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Loved the location. Loved the House. Would go back again.

Summary: My, oh, my. This beach home is just that—A home, not an empty shell of a house. And what a beautiful home it is! We felt so at ease in this place, more so than any other beach house we’ve stayed in. I am a CLEAN FREAK, and this house met and exceeded my ridiculous standards. The cordless vacuum was so appreciated to vacuum the sand that can accumulate throughout the week. The beds were amazing—We all slept just like we were at home. Loved the rockers under the covered patio, the organization of the garage (and it didn’t stink like many beach home garages),the beautiful and unique decor, and the proximity to the beach (no long boardwalks). Yes, it has stairs. It’s a beach house! The guy that rated this house 8/10 just because of that isn’t being fair. It’s so lovely. Beth was so kind with her gift bag and cold drinks, that’s just so rare these days! We brought all our own beach toys/chairs/gear, but didn’t need to. They’ve got it all! And OMG the check out list? You’re not asked to do all the things you pay the cleaning service fee for. We treated this house just the way we would want someone to treat ours because it felt so cozy and you can feel how much love Beth pours into it. Book it, trust me.
