The oversized terrace (with private jacuzzi) gives your friends and family a front row, unobstructed view of the city, twinkling night lights, nightly fireworks, humpback whales, cruise ships docking at the marina, spectacular sunsets and all the beach action offered in picturesque Puerto Vallarta.
Inside this nearly 3000 sq. ft. unit are three large bedrooms, each with a full ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Enjoy the cross breeze from the bedroom balconies looking towards the Sierra Madre mountains through the unit and out over the Pacific eliminating continual need for A/C.
Ten minutes from the airport there is gated security at both the street entrance and beach entrance keeping this condo development extra secure. Additional meticulous cleaning processes are in place to keep the unit sanitized against the spread of COVID-19.

The Grand Venetian offers five swimming pools, jacuzzis, modern fitness centre, full service spa, onsite restaurant with room service, games room with billiards/ping pong, tennis courts and a business centre. Outside the complex you have easy access to everything PV has to offer. La Isla Shopping Centre is the newest mall in the area with shops ranging from Gucci to Forever 21, movie theatres and of course, Starbuck’s. Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, many grocery stores and excellent restaurants are within walking distance or less than a five minute drive away. Downtown and the Malecon can be accessed via cab or public transportation inexpensively in approx. 15 minutes.

Summary: This unit is incredible, the view is stunning. The owner and property manager are very communicative, kind and accommodating. Location and property grounds are great. It was perfect for our family of teenagers to seniors. Would love to stay here again.

Summary: The view is spectacular- from the balcony we spotted whales, watched many a beautiful sunset and enjoyed lounging on the sunbeds. The location is a highlight but the property itself has everything you could possibly need. It was clean & secure too

Summary: Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The complex is outstanding you have everything to feel at home with a great gym and the condo was super clean, the Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The property manager was excellent, she provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. You have amazing restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Everything was just wonderful with a stunning and gorgeous view of PV. Thank you, Linda!! you have a gorgeous place, we will be back!!!!

Summary: We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The rental was clean, large, and views were exceptional. We enjoyed the beach with easy access, multiply pools and exceptional service by staff. Security was great and friendly. I would highly recommend staying and enjoying the PV at this property! We will definitely be back!!

Summary: First I’ll start off by saying that the pictures do not do it justice!! This condo is spectacular! We were a family of 7 and we fit perfectly. The view was amazing! We always made breakfast there and the kitchen had everything that you would need. There are plenty of stores near by to do grocery shopping. They not only provided bath towels but also beach towels. AC worked great when we had it turned on, if we were gone we’d turn it off but once we’d return it cooled the condo quickly. Linda (property owner) was very sweet and super easy to deal with as was Karine the property manager. We hope to return again in the future!

Summary: My family and I just got home a couple of days ago from Puerto Vallarta, and I really miss waking up to that amazing view and relaxing on the deck. Linda is an amazing host, she responds very quickly. The condo itself is gorgeous. The pictures not do it justice. This place was a perfect fit for my husband and I and 3 teenagers . I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel like they are in Paradise!
