Summary: The property manager, Kat was good. But overall the condo was very dated and had so much stuff in it, decor, food left in the fridge and the deck had so much stuff on it. The fridge broke down and we had no ice or fridge for 2 days. Kat did get us a cooler and the fridge was replaced. The delivery guys asked if I wanted to clean the floor under the fridge and wipe up the floor, I said no as it is not my place and it was gross. The location isn't that great, you can hear the big de-sal plant or whatever that was about 2 blocks away all the time! Just a low hum 24/7, it didn't seem as bad during the day. Absolutley love the island and will go back just not at this location.

Summary: Lovely condo overlooking the ocean. Kat was very communicative, I was nervous about renting in St Croix but everything turned out well.It’s also a nice quiet beach, you can snorkel there. We would definitely go again!

Summary: Loved our time here. This condo has EVERYTHING you can possibly want. The owner has thought of everything. Ample towels, beach towels, plenty of cookware, silverware, plates/cups, paper products, etc. The grounds are lovely, despite the daily onslaught of the dread sargassam. Pool is nice. Access to the beach is easy (once you have the lock/code). All you need to buy is your food,and that's it. It should be noted, that during our stay we had several rolling electricity blackouts. Not a problem, but the power company could have been more forthcoming of when those blackouts would occur. Only thing I'd add is that while there are two really great camp chairs for your use, two really beach chairs would be nice. You know.... the tommy bahama types. Owner gave us plenty of ideas of where to eat, what beaches to visit, and other things to do. One of our favorites? Going to the animal shelter and getting a sweet doggy for a day of fun. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location.

Summary: First USVI visit was wonderful. We were looking for a sweet beach spot to unwind and snorkel, this fit the bill. A very easy stroll to the beach and got to see some gorgeous reef fish and a stingray right there! Super easy access to grocery, restaurants, Christiansted pier. Unit was clean and well furnished, coffee maker, blender for fun frozen beach drinks, well stocked kitchen so we could cook in to save some $. There was plenty of hot water for showers after beach time, and the patio view was fantastic. Gorgeous sunrise every morning we were there! Beds were comfy. Kat was a great host, she was so sweet and even had the housekeeping team split the king bed in the guest room into two twins so my son and my mom could rest comfortably! So very appreciated! We can't wait to return to St. Croix!
