Colony Cove is a gated condo complex, Set around lush tropical landscaping. Our unit is only steps from the beach and pool!
Our condo is newly renovated and has everything you will need and is ground floor. NO stairs to climb. Full kitchen, laundry, Satellite T.V., AND free WIFI.
NEWLY COMPLETED Jan 2023. Complete new mini split A/C system throughout our unit. There is a gas grill pool side . TV in each bed room and Living room.
1 restaurant steps away from the condo. . ( La Cuisine)
2 Grocery stores within walking distance (Pueblo & Foodtown)
Start your day with a cup of Coffee on the 200sq ft patio (gallery) while gazing at the Caribbean waters. Later enjoy a cold drink around the fresh water pool.

The friendly, historical, charming town of Christianstead is only 1.5 miles. Enjoy shopping, food and drinks along the harbour front.
Renting a car is not a must. However, it is recommended to tour the island at your leisure. Taxi's are also an easy way to get around.
There is lots to see and do including a new casino, 3 golf courses, many beaches, famous restaurants, excursions and more.... Going to Buck Island is very popular, .....
You can island hop to St Thomas via ferry or sea plane.

Summary: Loved the newly remodeled Colony Cove ground floor unit. AC was great in all 3 areas. Great location and view. Beach is prone to a lot of seawood at times, but overall nice unit

Summary: The property is a really great! We stayed on the 1st floor of a 3 floor complex. This place has QUITE AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms. I was extremely comfortable in this unit. The bathrooms looked like they were remodeled recently and new washer and dryer. We have stayed at this property for 3 different times and this is our new goto place. The accomidation was grand.

Summary: My mother and her siblings enjoyed their stay. The condo was safe, clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent. The only thing that would be beneficial is air conditioning in the living room/ kitchen area. It’s to hot to enjoy relaxing in living room or cooking/eating dinner. If window unit isn’t possible, A portable AC would help. I would definitely recommend this rental!!

Summary: Condo owner provided great communication. Condo was nice, clean and well equipped for our needs. We brought our own snorkeling gear. There were some flippers and water shoes in condo. Air conditioners in bedrooms made it comfortable to sleep. Needed to place a fan in hallway to cool down living and kitchen area and ceiling fan helped a lot. Beach towels nice. Bath towels need refreshed. Wonderful to have washer and dryer in unit. The grounds and pool were nice. The beach on site was okay. There was a strong odor from the ocean plant life that didn't bother my husband but really bothered the rest of us and did not enjoy sitting outside or at the beach area. Not a swimming beach but beautiful view of the water. There was a restaurant next door that had good reasonably priced food and drinks. Not much else around or not open. Groceries were more expensive then expected. Locals were very kind and helpful. Recommend renting a car. Road are rough. We traveled to almost every corner of the island and thought it to be beautiful. Lots of places not open when we visited may be due to covid restrictions? Not a tourist trap place at all. Would recommend the condo for sure and rent a car to visit the island sites.

Summary: The host was great answering the phone to help when I was at the wrong property after a very long travel day. Condo was spacious and well stocked. The area had a very intense seaweed issue which is not the owners fault of course, but it did take away from the enjoyment of the property. The smell was so intense, using the pool was an issue. The only other thing worth mentioning is that there is great AC in the rooms, but not the living room. It was very hot in the kitchen and living room, so just be aware. I'd stay here again during the time of year that the seaweed isn't there
