Summary: Great location - close to Mercedes-Benz stadium. Easy check-in and check-out. Cons: Tricky car entrance for individuals staying in the South Tower and street noise after an event at one of the venues (bring earplugs or headphones if you are a light sleeper)

Summary: It is $60 to park here A NIGHT! Thats half the cost of the room. Breakfast wasnt good. Paid $40 a person for liquid eggs (not real eggs) and the sausage was terrible. The shower in my room didnt work. Overall if i came back i would park in the parking garage next door. Way cheaper and i wouldnt eat at the restaurant there.

Summary: Decent hotel but I expected more given the price and reputation. We stayed in the North Tower but we had to check in at the South Tower and walk across the bridge instead of being able to check-in at the first floor of the North Tower. Housekeeping had an attitude when I requested to clean our room even though they advertised room cleanings up to 2 times per day. The Vue bar was never open, which was disappointing. There was no express check out, we had to stand in line to hand the keys back; would be great to be able to check out via the television or online somehow. It sounds nitpicky but these things are standard in my experience with nicer hotels such as the Intercontinental. Great location, great views of Olympic Park though.

Summary: Rooms are outdated, beds and pillows are not comfortable. Our room was not cleaned daily after several requests, more towels and a blanket were sent to the room and placed on the floor. We were told the pool is closed as of last week 6/10/25 and that was not true at all. Our kids were excited to swim at the end of the day so on the final night we went exploring and sure enough it was open and kids swimming. The staff was not very helpful and I was hoping for such a better hotel experience, especially for the price!
