Positive: We absolutely loved this apartment! We had family visiting from Brazil and chose Nice for our trip together , and the apartment quickly became one of the highlights of our holiday. The standards were excellent, with stylish design, high-quality finishes, and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything we needed was provided, including a laundry room, which made our stay even more convenient. The owner was very professional, kept in touch. The location was brilliant, right in the middle of the Old Town, surrounded by shops, bakeries, and all the charm of Nice just steps away. The apartment itself was very spacious, with large, comfortable beds that made everyone feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely return on our next trip to Nice. Highly recommended!

Positive: Perfect location in the centre of the Old Town, not far from the beach, and yet relatively quiet. Very spacious, stylish, clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful although we didn't need all that much help because everything was in order. Good beds, towels provided for the beach... I really can't think of anything negative to say.
