Imagine yourself enjoying beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset on Lake Norman from the sunroom with floor to ceiling glass windows on all sides. Plenty of area to park your boat, RV, jet skis, or kayaks. Large swimming or paddling area and plenty of yard space to play in. Views of Lake Norman as soon as you enter the home, from the kitchen, dining area, living space, and master bedroom. Windows in every room and skylights that allow ample light and a cozy gas fireplace in the living space and bedroom. The amazing sunroom offers a place to hang out, watch TV, play games, and much more… The patio right off the house offers shade and seating so you can enjoy the lake views.
