Summary: The property was well maintained. Sleeping to the sounds of ocean waves was delightful. As well the beach access being right on the other side of the street was terrific. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would consider staying at this property again.

Summary: We had a short walk to the beach; no need to search and pay for a parking spot. Comfortable accommodations, the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay however there was a glitch with check in. House had not been cleaned and linen were not washed, had to clean the house ourselves. Great location!

Summary: This property was so delightful, warm and welcoming. Reminded my two brothers and me of the cottages my parents rented when we were kids. Those two brothers, their wives and I were very comfortable. The property was very well stocked. We lacked for nothing. Our only recommendation is to replace the shower head in the smaller bathroom.

Summary: Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the beach access is a plus. My only con would be that there was no air conditioning and if the weather would have been warmer it would have been quite uncomfortable.

Summary: In town for a family wedding and the cottage was perfect. The location was great, plenty of parking, and well equipped. Especially enjoyed the deck. A nice little bonus!
