Our 2,700 square foot residence features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and is located just 3 miles to downtown Durango and 27 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort.
Situated on 1.2 acres offering privacy and seclusion - yet just minutes from downtown Durango. Enjoy an alpine setting with room to roam, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience.
The house features amazing outdoor living space including a hot tub, gas fire pit, dining table, gas grill and huge fenced yard along with a fenced dog run. The home is perfect for multiple families as it features 3 separate living spaces - in addition to the Main Living Space, there is a game room with a professional Tornado Foosball table, couch and TV and in the 3rd bedroom there is a sitting area with a TV.
The home has been outfitted to the be the ultimate vacation rental with a fully stocked kitchen, AC and other desired amenities such as a ping pong table in the garage, YouTube TV, 2 sets of washers/dryers, 2 car garage, lawn games including corn hole etc, with space for additional vehicles and fast WIFI. You won't be disappointed.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
