Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The studio was close to everything including Great Restaurants and beaches within 10 minutes away. A great neighborhood with very nice homes that go for about 1 million to 10 million dollar homes! Beautiful Homes everywhere including along the beaches! Amazing!!Both of the owners are very nice and friendly. The room was perfect size for us. We felt welcomed when we 1st stepped into the Studio. Wine, wine glasses, flowers and a candle. The music was on and was peaceful they left notes for all things in question, had an ice maker, refrigerator, clean bathroom, closets, coffee maker with all you need to make coffee and sink in the kitchen. Towels, sheets and pillows were washed and smelled good! I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone.

Summary: Location is very peaceful & quiet with the exception of the ac unit. If you like to sleep in silence or aren’t used to hearing a window ac unit running, might want to bring ear plugs. Hosts were nice and prompt with communication.
