Summary: Everything was great, the house and pool were even better than the pictures. It’s a very nice quiet cul-de-sac. It was very easy to get to anything we wanted to do .The owners were great to work with!!! We’ll definitely be back!

Summary: We have stayed in many rentals from coast and to coast and this home was, by far, the #1 on our list. Not only was this property immaculate, it was exactly as described. The owner is awesome and while we had no problems at all, it was easy to get a hold of him. Even better, the house was stocked with all amenities, including condiments, bottled water, everything except for meals. Everything about this property was easy and made for the best and stress-free vacation. This home will most likely be our "go to" every time we are visiting family in FL. We will definitely be back! Bravo Rocco! You definitely have the rental business figured out. Thanks again.

Summary: We fell in love with this home from the moment we drove up in the driveway. Everything was very clean and orderly, both inside and out. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies, including water, shampoo, soap, and most importantly, coffee!! :) The availability of a computer in the office nook was nice to have access to. Although it was a little cool during our stay to use the pool, it was very clean. We loved the large screen that covered the entire pool and outdoor living area. The neighborhood is very nice, and we felt completely safe during the day, and coming in at night. We had no issues during our stay (one week) but the owner communicated in an excellent, proactive manner before, during and after our stay to make sure everything was in order. We felt very much at home here. Thank you so much Rocco!
