Summary: A nice, well-equipped cottage. It is small, but the owner has made the most of the space. For example, no bathtub, but a great shower in the bathroom. An easy walk to Long Sands Beach, and good access to restaurants and shops. Very nice yard, with plenty of seating, a fire pit, and barbecue grill. We enjoyed our visit and hope to come back.

Summary: This rental was, by far, the best I’ve ever stayed in! I can’t wait to go back next year. Super clean, everything you need for cooking, nice outdoor area, short walk to the beach, and quick, efficient communication with the host! She responds to any questions in a matter of minutes. I am very picky when choosing a rental and this place was amazing. My family had a great time - bunkhouse was a hit for our grown boys. I loved that we could also take our dog!

Summary: We loved the house. It's walkable to the beach. The street the house is on is a quiet, dead-end street with a nice yard. The kitchen was well stocked with needed kitchen items for cooking. You do have to bring your own sheets and towels. I wish the house would have a beach cart and beach chairs to borrow because that really help increase space in our vehicle. I definitely would stay at this house again.

Summary: Our family group had a great time at the cottage. With the bunkie there was plenty of room for our group. Well equipped kitchen, outdoor shower and fire pit were appreciated. Very comfortable, even with the latest heatwave, would go back again.

Summary: Great, smartly designed house that had everything we needed for our first trip to York. The secondary house exceeded our expectations - included a little sitting area with a fridge! Fantastic location - 10-15 min walk to Long Sands beach. Beach had great corner store with food, ice cream and necessities. Used the fire pit for s’mores and the sunroom daily!
