On the Caves is a renovated estate with a main house and a guest cottage located on the Caribbean Sea in the coveted Wykee Estates community of Eleuthera. Wykee Estates is a private gated community designed and developed by The First Premier of The Bahamas as a holiday retreat for his wife. Wykee features coral stone houses, lush gardens, winding roadways, and the elegance of the old-world charm of their era. Wykee spans the width of this narrow island, from the Atlantic to the Caribbean, and boasts a world-class mile-long beach on the Atlantic side and a beautiful saltwater pool.

On the Caves is located directly on the Caribbean, where the sea is typically as calm as a lake. This location offers unique opportunities to enjoy the privacy of swimming in the pristine turquois water right out your back door, and excellent snorkeling and fishing, and even cliff jumping (at your own risk of course!)
A newly built deck has been strategically located above the water, offering a unique vista of the Caribbean, panoramic views of the rocky shoreline, and front row seats to breathtaking sunsets over the water.
On the Caves consists of a 2-bedroom Main House and a 1-bedroom Guest House.
The Main House:
The Main House is located at the end of a lush private driveway. As you enter the house you are greeted by an expansive living room with 16' ceilings, newly renovated kitchen, newly decorated dining and tv areas with luxurious, yet comfy furnishings.
The Master Suite is located off the living room, and boasts a king-size bed, beautiful views of the Caribbean, a king-sized closet and a brand-new bathroom with double sinks and newly tiled shower.
There's a second bedroom off the living room, with king over king bunk bed, a large walk-in closet and a newly renovated bathroom and shower.
The main house also offers a powder room and a separate utility room with a brand-new washer and dryer.
Step through the large glass sliding doors on the Caribbean side of the main house and onto the deck with well-appointed furniture to relax and enjoy the calm breezes that float in from the sea.
Also, on the Caribbean side of the main house lies the screened in porch, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and/or dinner while looking at the turquois /blue Caribbean waters and be serenated by the sound of the sea brushing up against the Crown rock formations.
Last, but not least, there is a generous deck perched atop the Caribbean bluff, with panoramic views that are peerless. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail as the Caribbean waters rhythmically move below the deck.
The Guest House:
Located on the back of the property, serviced by a short private driveway, lies the Guest House, which is ideally situated high above the property's lush greenery, where you can soak in the morning Caribbean calmness, take-in the evening Sunsets and enjoy the incredible Caribbean Vista from the private, covered veranda.
Entry to the guest house is by way of the private Veranda, and as you enter you will encounter a small seating/dining area, a king-size bed, and a turn to the right will lead you to a fully equipped kitchen with stove, washer, refrigerator/freezer, and all the tools you need in a modern kitchen.
