Summary: In my opinion, the Rimrock is the most attractive hotel in the Banff area. The staff is incredibly helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast is spectacular. The transportation into downtown Banff is very convenient. The common areas are very appealing and inviting.

Summary: The Rimrock is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. Unfortunately for us the hotel was nearing the end of a full refurbishment and the pool and hot tub were not available. They had made arrangements for guests to use the facilities at a sister hotel but with limited time this didn’t work for us. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and every one of them was polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again once everything has been completed.

Summary: Lovely hotel, although still completing renovations. Rooms were beautiful and spacious and newly renovated. Food options were limited- bar only had very few choices and not many children friendly and the main restaurant was very too sophisticated for children.

Summary: It was our anniversary and they were amazing, they not only upgraded our room for us, but we were welcomed with a surprise of champagne a congratulatory card and dessert! It was really fantastic and although it’s going through construction right now and there were times of a bit of noise it was still wonderful

Summary: When I initially booked a suite at the RimRock, there was NOTHING mentioned about an upcoming renovation. There definitely was not a discount to reflect the inconvenience of early morning banging and scaffolding up in the windows. I paid a premium price for a noisy stay and tried to spend most of my time away from the hotel to get away from the construction. It was disappointing. The staff were great.

Summary: Second stay at hotel and enjoyed it again. Hotel being remodeled, but didn't interfere with our stay. I do wish there were some better casual options for food.

Summary: My experience at the Rimrock Hotel was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service from the entire team, always attentive and helpful. I would especially like to highlight the service of Mr. Ulrick Monzorel who was extremely kind, polite, and professional. His courtesy truly made a difference, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable, with spacious and well-equipped rooms that provide a cozy atmosphere perfectly aligned with the elegance of the property. The amenities are of top quality, offering convenience and well-being throughout the stay. Another strong point is the hotel’s excellent location, which makes it easy to access the main attractions in the area, allowing guests to fully enjoy their time without long commutes. In summary, the Rimrock Hotel combines excellent service, comfort, and convenience in one place. I highly recommend it and will certainly return on future trips.
