Summary: Quaint hotel in downtown Banff. Don’t expect lots of bells and whistles. Expect clean rooms, great housekeeping, proximity to ski shuttle stops, nearby restaurants and a 10 min walk to the busy area of downtown. No restaurant on site, but plenty nearby. The pool and hot tub is a plus. Complimentary coffee too.

Summary: Stayed at Rundlestone Lodge for 3 days and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were super cozy after long days exploring Banff. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. We loved having the pool and hot tub to relax in, and the location was perfect, close to Banff Avenue but still quiet. Overall, it was a comfortable, easy stay and I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Summary: The room is very good. A bit of a problem with the tub but everything is okay. Staff, were very friendly especially the Filipina Lady on the front desk. Very accommodating and helpful. And most importantly it's a pet-friendly hotel and it's an A for me. Will definitely come back.
